Brett Mifsud confirmed me the figure:
I think the measurement has been made by the research team of Sillett & Co. but I am not sure.the updated 99.8 is the correct number (in fact 99.82 was the exact figure!)
Meaning it has grown about 22cm in a few years since it was first measured
