William,

Thanks for reminding us of this article in the American Forests magazine, and congratulations. Lots of very interesting information about the species. Love the photos. I'm hoping we'll hear from LOL (Live Oak Larry), i.e. LarryTucei Jr. Larry is arguably the most knowledgeable person on the sizes of large live oaks across the deep south. Were you able to get in contact with him?

William- Great article as Bob has pointed out and your photos are really good quality. So far I have documented over 267 large Live Oaks all over the southern US. I know of several of the Live Oaks you have done I just haven't been able to get to them. Congrats on your accomplishments. Larry
