Old Logging Photos in Texas

NTS, I thought you might find this site interesting. Most of the southeastern US would have been just like this in the hill country with Hardwoods in an around the Creeks and Rivers. http://www.texasbeyondhistory.net/aldridge/logging.html Larry

Chris, What a shame! I wish they could have saved some of the original Forest. It would have been amazing! Larry

I wish that we all could back in time to see the eastern forest as they were before all the logging companys came through. It would also be nice to see what they would have looked like with out any human intervention.
