Hello,
Just want to briefly introduce myself to the group. My name is Rick Koval, a professional naturalist, outdoor writer and big tree hunter from NE Pennsylvania. Ricketts Glen State Park is less than 20 minutes from my home, and is where I have spent the last year searching and measuring big trees to add to the Rucker Index baseline which Dale Luthringer had established during his few visits over a decade ago. Expect an updated Ricketts Glen State Park Rucker Index in a few days with some exciting finds. Glad to be part of the team.
