Westport,CT oak

Post by sam goodwin » Tue Apr 20, 2010 5:09 pm

Ed, ENTS. Greg Pierson of Westport,CT emailed a message to Ed and he sent it on to me about a large oak tree in Westport. I had Greg measure the cbh, 14 feet. Will any members be traveling that way soon, or live closer then my 200 mile round trip who can measure the height? If not I will plan on a trip down that way. Does anybody know of any good areas for trees around there? Thanks, Sam Goodwin

Sam,

Monica and I have relatives in nearby Southport. We'll be going down that way sometime in the fall, but not likely before then.
