Erik, Joshua,

Your messages are music to my ears. As soon as I get this ding-dang paper finished, I'm going to return to the volume modeling methods and see what can be added.

Just a quick question. I have the same monocular. How did you mount it to a tripod?

John,

I have my Vortex held in a Manfrotto Super Clamp mounted on one side of a dual camera tripod bracket. My TruPulse 200X (named Spiffy) is mounted on the other side of the bracket.

Thank you. I will look up this clamp. I’ve had a strange Velcro situation happening I’m trying to move on from lol.

John, Jared,

I actually discovered when I received my monocular that the belt clip fits perfectly over an adjustment knob on the tripod and is surprisingly sturdy, investing in a proper mount certainly would be good, but it is certainly usable like this.
