Old Bridge County Park

Post by M.W.Taylor » Thu Dec 14, 2017 8:47 pm

I got a request to check out the LiDAR for Old Bridge County Park at GPS 40°22'10.86"N 74°20'12.13"W

For those GPS coordinates I get tallest at about 100ft (see attached LiDAR height ramp in metric) with tallest forest to the north east of the circular depression. I looked at the surrounding area and found a nice forest of 130'-135' trees to the south east, a few miles from the circular depression.

See attached.

tallest here is 135' with many tops over 130'

Michael,

Thank you! This is a spot I hadn't checked before and since I don't get back east to do measurements often, this saves me a ton of time and keeps me from going in the wrong direction.
