Bob: Yes, I went to Apple Orchard Falls...I think it was two winters ago. I didn't realize until I was halfway into the hike that it was deer season and the woods all around me were full of hunters. I pressed on, hoping my bright red coat would let the shooters know I wasn't a deer. A very impressive waterfall, for sure. Higher than The Cascades, but nowhere near the volume. I was impressed with Apple Orchard Falls and it remains high on my list of favorite waterfalls.
